Wafer Shape Mounting Method

1. Place the valve between the pre-installed flanges so that the bolt holes align.
Insert a pair of bolts and nuts into the flange holes and slightly tighten the nuts to correct the flatness of the flange surface.
3. Spot weld the flange to the pipeline.
4. Remove the valve.
5. The flange is fully welded and secured to the pipeline.
6. After the weld is cooled, install the valve.
7. Correct the valve position and tighten the pair of bolts.
